Who are we

Our team consists of skilled Property Managers with expertise in the maintenance aspect of your asset. We are not Letting Agents! Our Property Managers have years of experience within the trades industry. Either the electrical industry, Gas Safe industry or general contracting. Combined, we have developed into team capable of providing you sound advice and the best options for the maintenance of your investments.
In simple terms, we know our stuff!
We are particularly into Victorian, 1930 and older builds properties simply because of their design and materials used. We strive to retain the old charm of the exterior facade whilst delivering a fresh, modern interior.
You don't have to spend the earth to achieve the look, and we can work with in your budget and still give your tenant a home they will be proud to move into. We know that when tenants are happy and settled, you're guaranteed to receive rents on time and its very common that the tenancy will be renewed.

What we do

Our PM's do regular 6 monthly visits to your tenanted property and fully inspect the structure of the building.
We also discuss any potential future issues or simple requests from the tenants. We will send this in a comprehensive report to you so that you are fully equipped to make a decision to proceed.
We will manage all major refurbishment works and provide you with weekly updates via email and telephone calls.
At the end of the tenancy, we will ensure that a checkout is booked and a report is given to leaving tenants and Landlord for full transparency.
Why we do it

Our research team exposed the need to update the way we manage the maintenance side of properties. So, we did a deep-dive into how we could best serve you, the Landlord. We keep our portfolios small so that your PM can spread our quality service evenly across it. Larger estate agents are failing in this concept. With over 100 properties to manage in their portfolio all at once, this leaves both the tenant and the landlord frustrated with constant lack of timely communication delays in repairs.
At Beverley Northwood we see large portfolios as potential disasters. The biggest is that you lose income from withheld rent or you lose the tenant period! Not only are we able to keep your asset fully compliant with the standard EICR'S, GAS SAFETY, FIRE ALARM CHECKS, but also, we can identify any potential threats to the property's structure, mitigating disasters in the future and causing a huge upheaval to the tenant. When we say we have experienced Property Managers, we actually mean it.
Our team are highly experienced and will discuss what's needed in terms of priority with our team of contractor's who, by the way, are DBS checked for your piece of mind. We know when contractors provide exaggerated pricing simply to extract unnecessary work and money. That's why we work with the same team throughout.
